Please scrap identity card rule

ON behalf of my mother, I would like to thank KMB for instituting reduced fares on its cross-harbour tunnel routes for passengers over 65 years of age.

I do have one suggestion to make - could KMB extend its generosity one step further and not insist on these elerly people showing their identity cards to prove their age? They have enough trouble getting on a bus and putting their coins in the slot without now having to rummage around for their identity card.
