The stock exchange has reserved the right to take further action against AV Concept Holdings for breaching listing rules by failing to make public connected transactions in the year to March 31. AV said it, through oversight, failed to reveal on time transactions totalling $6.7 million with a firm owned by substantial shareholder Ma Wing-pak.
