Top of the pop

One minute you're on top of the charts, the next sitting by a poolside in Dubai being interviewed by Asian MTV's Ed Bean and wondering what happened to your youthful good looks. Now well into his 30s, pop star Simon Le Bon (right) of Duran Duran looksrather fuller in the face than many fans would remember him from the band's heyday in the early 1980s. Mind you, things could be worse, if like fellow band member Warren Cuccurillo, your fashion sense is still moored in that dim and distant era. Hasn't anyone told him that PVC strides are outre in the 1990s?
