Lovely promenade being ruined

I AM appalled by the amount of rubbish and building material left along the seaview promenade from Repulse Bay to Deepwater Bay. This walk is one of our most beautiful seaside walks and it is being devastated.

We all know that people in Hongkong find it very difficult to clean up a picnic site after they have enjoyed it, but what about the rusty pipes and metal, bits of hoarding, and disused railings? These have been discarded by the company which is carrying out the drainage works along this walk and have been tossed into the water's edge. I have written to this company suggesting they clean up, but they have not replied. I hope something can be done.
