An unemployed man, 19, and his girlfriend, 17, were arrested following the seizure of 350 grams of heroin with a retail value of $160,000 in a flat in Kwai Shing West Estate, Tsuen Wan.
The man was charged with trafficking in dangerous drugs and will appear in Tsuen Wan Court today. The girlfriend was released on bail.
