The number of holidays civil servants can accumulate would be reduced from 180 days to 52, under a proposal to revamp their perks.

The Civil Service Newsletter , published yesterday by the Civil Service Bureau, also said it was proposed that the amount of annual leave enjoyed by civil servants with less than 10 years' experience would be cut from 21-27 days to 14-22 days, according to their rank.
