Impressed

I am very impressed with the delivery service team of ParknShop.

I placed an order with ParknShop on Friday, November 19, which came to $207.60. When the delivery men brought the goods to my home, I gave them $220 and told them to keep the change, because the items I had ordered were very heavy and also they had been punctual.

The delivery period was from 9am to 1pm and they arrived at 9.10am, so I was delighted and wanted to express my gratitude.

However, they insisted on giving me my change and said they were not allowed to accept tips. I was very impressed by these ParknShop employees. They are very different from other delivery men in Hong Kong who are always asking for tips.
