HKR delays new units sale

HKR International will delay the sale of its Coastal Skyline in Tung Chung until next year when the project nears completion. Previously, it planned to launch the sale of phase one units this year. Speaking after its annual shareholders' meeting yesterday, executive director Loretta Ho Pak-ching said the Government's sales suspension of subsidised flats and falling interest rates would help encourage buying confidence. But she expected only modest growth in both prices and transactions.
