Vigers' coup

VIGERS has been awarded the management contract for the Standard Chartered Bank Building in Central, in what a company spokesman described as a ''major coup''.

The contract is Vigers' biggest commercial appointment to date and adds to a rapidly expanding property management portfolio.

Vigers now has a portfolio representing more than five million square feet.

A spokesman said the firm's portfolio had expanded by about 35 per cent in the past year.
