Cross line

I CALLED the Immigration Department hotline 824 6111 at 11.45am on September 18. After 10 minutes' trying, I eventually got through to the hotline but was told that ''the lines are busy, please hold and we will answer your call shortly''.

I then held for some 5 minutes and listened to the music. At noon sharp, I was told by another recorded message that the office hours were over and to please try the same number again on Monday. How ridiculous. NAME AND ADDRESS SUPPLIED
