THE trial of four men charged with conspiring to rob a security firm of $10 million was aborted for a second time yesterday after the defence raised concern that the jury was possibly biased.

  The foreman of the jury had made observations to Deputy Judge Daniell on Thursday afternoon.

  Cheng Siu-keung, 33, Tang Shu-wan, 34, both customs officers, Lam Kwok-hung, 31, and To Yan-kwong, 38, have all pleaded not guilty.

  Another jury is expected to be empanelled on Monday.
