37-year-old charged with murder

Updated at 6.35pm: A 37-year-old man has been charged with one count of murder on Friday, a police spokesman said.

The charge is in connection with a murder case in which a man was shot dead outside a cooked food stall in Oi Man Estate, Ho Man Tin on February 3, the spokesman said.

The suspect was arrested on February 18 by mainland police in Zhuhai city, Guangdong. He was returned to Hong Kong on Thursday.

The man would appear in Kowloon City Magistrates? Courts on Saturday, the spokesman said.
