What do you look forward to most about your first public performance with your sisters?

Pianist Mary Wu:

'I've always admired my two elder sisters, Enloc and Melody. We all graduated from the Royal College of Music in London, but because of our different ages and career paths, we've never performed together. Performing on two pianos and four or six hands on one piano will be great fun. We look forward to sharing our joy with the audience.

'We all live in different countries, and the concert will enable us to get together for rehearsals. With the help of our mother [Moses Wu] when only two of us can get together, we've been able to rehearse in London and Vienna. Enloc, Melody and my mother will be in Hong Kong soon, so it will be a great reunion.

Tell us about the programme:

It will begin with a solo recital by me in the first half. It features Serenade and Barcarolle by Schubert/Liszt, Polonaise-Fantasie by Chopin, Appassionata Sonata by Beethoven and Kaleidosckop by Hofmann.

'The second half features three two-piano pieces by Poulenc, Bizet and Ravel, as well as a four-hand piece by Mozart and six-hand pieces by Rachmaninov and Holst.

'They're mostly fun, joyous pieces. The finale, Jupiter: Bringer of Jollity from The Planets by Holst, has been specially arranged for six-hands by Enloc, so it will be the premiere. She chose this piece because our names are Mei-Loc, Hay-Loc and Enloc - 'loc' means joy and happiness. We hope that we'll bring joy and fun.'
