Climax names two directors

CLIMAX International has announced the appointments of John Hung and Leung Kai-hang, executive director and finance director of Wheelock, respectively, as non-executive directors of the company.

It also announced the resignation of Chan Wing-kei and Lee Lai-kin, effective today.
