If I want to concentrate on my work, I stay home alone. I can't study at school as it's too noisy, and I can't concentrate if my classmates are around. I don't need absolute silence, but a quiet and comfortable environment is essential. I switch off all sound-emitting appliances so it's quiet. I focus better when I'm alone.

The TV and computer. I switch on the TV and my computer when I'm at home. I'm easily tempted by TV shows and MSN. I often end up watching TV or surfing the Net instead of studying. I struggle to switch off these gadgets, even when I know I should be working.
