Chance to project manage in the health care sector

Agfa HealthCare, which provides IT-enabled clinical workflow, diagnostic image management solutions and systems for capturing, processing and printing images in hospitals and health care facilities, is looking for an IT solutions project manager based in Hong Kong.

The jobholder would have to initiate and manage implementation planning strategies, complete projects according to customer requirements and perform site inspections through to the final sign-off and acceptance.

Tertiary qualification in project management, business, engineering or IT, and a minimum of five years of experience working in the health care industry is essential.

Responsible for the delivery of project management services, applicants should have a minimum of three years of project management experience dealing in medium to large-scale projects.

Applicants should be able to maintain high levels of professionalism when liaising with customers and communicating project schedules and status changes, and identify opportunities to improve communication.

An ability to deliver comprehensive documentation, ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and expenses to management is important. Some travel can be expected.
