Friends ciao down at SoHo eatery

SoHo's newest restaurant, Posto Pubblico, officially opened on December 9 with enough food and drink to befit a true Italian-American establishment.

The three partners and friends - Todd Darling, Robert Spina and Cathal Kiely - were greeted with pats on the back and goodwill toasts as guests ate meatballs and canapes and spilled out on to Elgin Street. Enjoying the night were Carat's Scott Thompson, Alex Tracy, Christophe D'Orey, Ratna Rai, Aliya Zaidi, Anita Chellaram and Versha Sani.
