GRAND Orient Holdings yesterday announced that the financial-year end-date of the company and its subsidiaries had been changed from June 30 to December 31.

  Accordingly, a second interim report for the six months to June 30 will be published on or before September 30, and an audited report for the 18 months to December 31 will be prepared and published in due course.

  The second interim report will contain an unaudited consolidated profit and loss account for the six months to June 30.
