Brothers arrested over upskirt photos

Two brothers, aged 25 and 33, were arrested over upskirt photos and publishing indecent material. The 33-year-old was held after he was seen taking upskirt photos on an escalator in Shek Kip Mei MTR station. Four cameras, with two concealed in bags, were found. More than 10,000 indecent photos and videos were found on two computers at his home in Ngau Tau Kok and 13 concealed cameras were also confiscated. His 25-year-old brother was also arrested.
