California Fitness has the ultimate program that burns fat faster, and keeps it burning longer with its new H30 series. Thirty minutes of High Intense Interval Training (HIIT) that works you out, spend less time and get more results.

The H30 series breaks down into 3 sessions: H30 Purmotion™, which features PurmotionTM, combines weight lifting and eastern martial arts; H30 Kickboxing, a classic intense cardio exercise of kickboxing that fits perfectly with HIIT; H30 Dynamax Ball, features Dynamax medicine ball, which improves coordination of motion and the mind.

Purmotion™’s founder Jorge Bonnet (a five-time Olympian winner in Judo, including earning a silver medal at the Pan-American Judo Championship in Argentina and he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) came to California Fitness Hong Kong earlier in October. Jorge has trained California Fitness trainers to efficiently use the Purmotion™ set, making sure our members can receive the best training and make the best use of the PurmotionTM set.

“The magic of Purmotion™ is not in the structure, but the actual movement and the tools that allow the performing of the movement. The experience is the touching and feeling of the movement, and that’s the magic moment.” Jorge told California Fitness trainers. He stressed the importance of having a good trainer to guide you through while using Purmotion™, “without the coach there’s no way you can bring alive the method and tools”.

Dynamax Medicine Ball is not new to the fitness industry in Hong Kong. But at California Fitness, we take it seriously and make the difference by bringing in the lead educator of Dynamax Medicine Ball, Jeremy Shore, to train California Fitness trainers on how to use the medicine ball efficiently to maximize performance.

“This is probably the most respected brand in fitness, that has the most integrity behind the brand as the world’s top athletes just use them. It’s a dynamic training tool as there are so many things you can do with it. Dynamic is fun, it’s safe and interactive, it’s all those elements that come together to make Dynamax an enjoyable and effective training”, said Jeremy.

Each H30 session consists of 15 minutes’ warm-up and cool-down and 30 minutes of HIIT, so you can get in and out within your one-hour lunch break. But after lunch and throughout your evening, you'll have an after-burn that lasts up to 24 hours after the session, thanks to H30 activating EPOC - Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption.

Each class is kept small so you get the personal attention from our trainers who will tailor classes to match your needs. You are also free to choose which of the 3 programs of H30 you want to attend: just one or all five. Whether or not you're a California Fitness member, you can sign up for our H30 program. Passes come in groups of 5, 10, 15 or 20 classes, valid for all sessions of H30.
