As a leading Swiss university of the applied sciences strongly grounded on practice-oriented research and specialist knowledge, HSR University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil is home to a number of promising industrial and commercial research collaboration opportunities with Asian partners and students.

Founded in 1972, HSR offers bachelor studies built upon its impressive competencies in electrical, renewable energy, environmental, mechanical and civil engineering, computer science, landscape architecture and spatial planning.
The university also offers a comprehensive Master of Science in Engineering degree that will soon be taught completely in English, and postgraduate studies and short-term certificate courses in its specialist fields.
