What I’m listening to: Adventure by Cheat Codes – I love their fun and joyful beats. They always put me in a good mood and it’s perfect driving music. And I’ve been listening to Maroon 5 since 2002 when they released their first album, Songs About Jane.

What I’m reading: I always keep my eyes peeled for updates from all of Hong Kong’s news platforms. I also have an annual subscription to Entrepreneur magazine. As an entrepreneur, you have to be in the know about what’s happening in business, remain open to the latest in management best practices and, most of all, stay informed on how to maintain a work-life balance. Balance is key.

What I’m watching: I’m a major TV and film junkie. Now I’m hooked on Bates Motel, the prequel to Hitchcock’s Psycho. I also just saw Insurgent, a movie about fugitives on the run in a futuristic Chicago.

What artists I’m following: I support the growth of the local art movement in Hong Kong, especially the street art scene. I really like what Secret Walls did in Sheung Wan lately. I also like the work of Graphic Airlines – a creative duo who embrace the “aesthetics of ugly”. I always enjoy things that are unexpected.

Where I’m surfing: I’m a frequent visitor to Sassy Hong Kong for my regular fixes on what’s happening around town. And eater.com – I’m always on the prowl for the next good bite.
