Early results from the Michelin Hong Kong and Macau Guide 2018: the winners so far

Arcane, Kaiseki Don by Saotome, Ying Jee Club and Yee Tung Heen receive their first Michelin stars. Alain Ducasse’s new restaurant Rech also gains a star

The Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau has announced this year’s winners.

Arcane, Kaiseki Den by Saotome, Yee Tung Heen and Ying Jee Club are among the restaurants that received their first star in the prestigious dining guide, now in its 10th year.

Ying Jee Club opened in August this year with chef Siu Hin-chi at the helm.

He was previously at Duddell’s that had two Michelin stars last year.

Rech by Alain Ducasse also opened earlier this year in the InterContinental Hong Kong, replacing Spoon by Alain Ducasse.

Bo Innovation, L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Lung King Heen, 8½ Otto e Mezzo-Bombana, Sushi Shikon and Tang Court retained their three-star rating.

Amber, Ryu Gin, Shang Palace, Ta Vie and Tin Lung Heen retained their two stars.
