Fine diners can savour the attention to detail at Chez Ed
Dishes are beautifully presented and taste divine at Eddy Leung’s restaurant offering modern European cuisine
Chef Eddy Leung moved his Chef Studio by Eddy to Causeway Bay a few years ago and renamed it Chez Ed, offering modern European fine dining. The décor is plain, but the food and service make up for that.
Leung, who honed his skills at Gaddi’s and the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, offers
an eight-course menu that changes seasonally, with optional wine pairing. His dishes are beautifully presented and taste just as good. The service is impeccable.
Signatures include salmon confit with Ikura and beurre blanc sauce and classic steak tartare with baguette crisps. There are a few tasting menus, a seven-course seasonal menu and a six-course classic French tasting menu.
