New Executive Chef at Inagiku

Inagiku at the Four Seasons also has a new executive chef, Shigeru Tanigawa. Chef Tanigawa was the head chef of the famed Nadaman and Yz Kansai restaurants in Toyko before starting in Hong Kong just a week ago. I hopped down to Inagiku to have a try of his new dishes, and was amazed by his grilled Sagagyu beef with fruit tomato and his appetizer of shrimp, small yams and white asparagus with sesame cream sauce and barracuda stick sushi. The sampler was rounded out with some kick-ass, moreish coconut ice-cream. Everything’s delish and refreshing—very smart on the hiring I must say.
