5. Cé La Vi

Sit above the drunken revelry that is LKF on top of the California Tower at Cé La Vi. The SkyBar boasts a jacuzzi for those adventurous enough to jump in, although it's perhaps more of a centerpiece than an invitation to take a swim.

6. Fu Lu Shou

The difficulties of finding Fu Lu Shou's hidden location makes the payoff all the better. With its beautiful graffiti art, inviting furniture and strong drinks, the outdoor terrace is a welcome escape from hectic Hollywood Road.

This contemporary Spanish resto serves up paella and great views at their Central location at the start of Wellington Street. Sip on a classic Spanish sangria while taking in the scenery.
