Something new: pick up a Picasso

Collins & Kent's gallery in Hong Kong features affordable prints from art-world greats, including Picasso (below).
But owning an original piece by one of the most famous names in the world of art might be more affordable than you think.
Last month saw the opening of the Hong Kong gallery of Collins & Kent International, a company that deals in "works on paper" - such as lithographs, etchings and screen prints - and mixed-media pieces by artists including Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol.
And with prices as low as HK$40,000 for the signed Picasso lithograph Apples, Glass and Knife, owning works by the masters is no longer the preserve of wealthy investors.
Once you've snapped up your dream Warhol screen print, Collins & Kent, which was founded in Sydney, Australia, in 1999, can help you rent it out and get it hanging in one of the city's boardrooms.
The gallery's first large exhibition, "Picasso on Paper", comprises 30 linocuts, seven lithographs and five etchings by the Spanish artist, and runs until November 30.
Members of the public are invited to sign up for a free viewing of the exhibition, which includes a guided tour of the gallery by Collins & Kent's Asia-Pacific art director, Michael Donnan, who will be ready with tips on how visitors can start building a collection for less than HK$300,000.
Also at Collins & Kent are works on paper by Henri Matisse, Joan Miro, Marc Chagall and Salvador Dali.
