Bottega Veneta's creative director, Tomas Maier, has put his exposure to architecture to good use. The luxury Italian fashion brand has extended its portfolio to real estate, and Maier was commissioned to design the lobby and the loggia of Eisenzahn 1 in Berlin's Charlottenburg district. The building, developed by Ralf Schmitz, spans six storeys and includes 12 residences. The luxury building's commonplace will be fitted with Bottega Veneta furniture, textiles and accessories. The wall colours, flooring, cabinetry, appliances and artwork were also picked by Maier.
