Named after Duomo Sommerso, an artwork based on founder and artist Piero Fornasetti’s surreal and ethereal 1951 illustration depicting the famed cathedral under water, the private space is also accented by decorative plates from Cupole d’Italia series of reproductions, and furnishings decorated with early 20th-century drawings of legendary beauty and soprano Lina Cavalieri. The ceiling boasts a cloud motif through Nuvolette wallpaper by Cole & Son, designed by Fornasetti creative director Barnaba Fornasetti.

Seta’s executive chef, Antonio Guida, celebrates the occasion with a special dish inspired by the room: risotto with oyster, caviar and wood sorrel.
