The dim sum destination is offering limited edition selections of creative dishes to celebrate in Hong Kong style. Adorable spring animals are made from popular dim sum ingredients such as hot custard glutinous rice dumplings (HK$49 for three pieces) in the shape of a bunny and baked pineapple puffs (HK$49 for three pieces) that look like miniature chicks and are presented in bird cages on the table. Pork and cabbage buns (HK$49 for two pieces) are made to look like green turtles and tofu in Japanese-style sesame dressing with spicy smoked salmon (HK$59) are made in the shape of a rabbit.
