With three Michelin stars, Lung King Heen in Central sits high above the rest
- The restaurant serves an excellent choice of dim sum and à la carte dishes such as crispy frog’s legs with spicy salt, and simmered lobster in spicy plum sauce
The Chinese restaurant in the Four Seasons hotel has three Michelin stars – the first to boast such an accolade. The decor is simple and fresh with gorgeous views of Victoria Harbour.
Dim sum is a feast of modern innovation with dishes such as steamed lobster and scallop dumpling and steamed shrimp and pork dumplings with Yunnan ham.
For dinner, signature à la carte dishes include barbecued suckling pig with pancakes, marinated turkey kidney with Chinese spices, crispy frog’s legs with spicy salt, and simmered lobster in spicy plum sauce. For dessert, the double-boiled superior bird’s nest with almond cream, coconut milk and syrup is a good choice.
