Reindeer racing in Hong Kong? Real estate firm's novel way to highlight property issues

It's famous for its horse racing and soon Hong Kong will become as well known for reindeer racing, if a new video from CBRE is to be believed.

The commercial real estate services firm has highlighted the problem of the city's expensive and crowded property market by releasing a spoof video on Santa's issued with finding adequate space for his racing reindeer.

In an innovative deal brokered by CBRE, Santa’s reindeer will use the stables on a fee-free basis, but on the condition that the reindeer are made available for race-meetings from January to November, traditionally an inactive time for the famous toy transporters.

The video also puts the spotlight on a worthy cause - Hong Kong's Operation Santa Claus Charity Appeal.
