Ah Yat Harbour View raises Chinese cuisine to new levels
With its panoramic views over Victoria Harbour and a delicious selection of carefully prepared dishes on offer, Ah Yat is the place to dine on those special occasions
A restaurant opened by chef Yeung Koon-yat is sure to serve quality dishes thanks to his insistence on using the best ingredients.
With a 270-degree panoramic view of Victoria Harbour, the restaurant is
an impressive spot to bring guests for special occasions.
While the view is stunning, the dishes are just as impressive. Must-try dishes include steam braised sea cucumber filled with minced pork wrapped in lotus leaf, stir-fried shrimp and chicken rolls with Yunnan ham, and baked stuffed crab shell as well as the signature fried rice. The French-focused wine list, particularly on Bordeaux, is tastefully chosen.
