Grissini offers a modern spin on Italian fare

Grissini means breadsticks in Italian, which is apt as the restaurant has a large oven where breadsticks are baked. With views of the harbour and gardens, there is also a two-storey wine cellar in this restaurant.
Chef de cuisine Alessandro Cozzolino presents a modern take on traditional Italian fare with a menu including starters of slow-cooked pink Fassone veal slices with tuna sauce and crispy capers. Mains include home-made potato gnocchi with seafood, Percorino cheese and black pepper and Acquerello risotto with langoustine, San Marzano tomato
and oregano.
For dessert, we recommend lemon cake with basil lemon cream and confit.
Signature dishes
Warm Mediterranean red prawns, fresh burrata cheese, tomato confit
Potato gnocchi, smoked provola cheese, Caserta pork cheek
Roasted lamb loin in herb crust, stuffed red peppers, baked potato
