Macau’s Tasting Room sets the stage for a culinary performance

The menu reflects attention to detail with plates that look like raised platforms for dishes

The Tasting Room’s live abalone, carbonara style, with 36-month pata negra ham

Chef Guillaume Galliot presents stunning contemporary European dishes using seasonal ingredients and his menu reflects attention to detail in presentation and flavours. The plates look like raised platforms for dishes, setting the stage for a culinary performance.

Most memorable is the signature onion soup, featuring a scoop of onion ice cream, while the Alaskan king crab with leek confit, egg confit and spicy emulsion and Kagoshima beef two ways are good mains. Dessert is a treat, especially the chocolate banana millefeuille with cocoa sorbet.

The extensive wine list will satiate any wine connoisseur, and the sommelier is on hand to make recommendations.
