The delicacies on offer at this Japanese restaurant with three Michelin stars are tempting, fresh and delicious
From its location at the modest Mercer Hotel in Sheung Wan to the delicacies that chef Yoshiharu Kakinuma whips up daily, Sushi Shikon brings surprises worthy of its three Michelin stars. Influenced by Ginza tastes and flavours, Sushi Shikon is an offshoot of founder Masahiro Yoshitake’s more famous eatery in Tokyo.
