Hong Kong finish the tournament in second place with two wins and a loss as Russia make it three wins on the trot

After going down to Russia 16-13 in the opening round of the Cup of Nations, Hong Kong rebounded with wins over Chile (13-6) and Kenya (40-30) to take out second place in the tournament.
Russia went through undefeated to win their third straight Cup of Nations, collecting easy wins over Kenya (31-10) and Chile (42-11) to go with their victory over the hosts.
