48 Hours is giving away 40 tickets to watch the "Illusionist of the Decade" - Franz Harary - in Macau. Best known for his illusions of making the Taj Mahal in India and the Sphinx in Egypt disappear, this master magician has collaborated with superstars such as Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber to bring special visual experiences to live audiences at concerts.


20 lucky winners will each win a special package worth HK$2,060 that includes two B-reserve magic show entry passes and HK-Macau return ferry tickets.

  1. The promotion period will end on Thursday, 31 July 2014 4:00 pm.
  2. One entry per HKID holder will be qualified for the registration; multiple entries will be deemed disqualified.
  3. Tickets will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Selected winners will be notified by e-mail from the SCMP on Friday, 1 August 2014.
  5. Each winner will be entitled to a pair of B-reserve tickets to “Franz Harary Mega Magic 2014” and a pair of HK-Macau economy ferry tickets round trip.
  6. All prizes must be redeemed at Reception, G/F, South China Morning Post, 1 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay before Wednesday, 6 August 2014 5:00 pm. The prize will be assumed as forfeited and no substitution may be replaced, if it is not redeemed within the above redemption period.
  7.
