Valais II superdeluxe house is a European-style residence in Sheung Shui with an asking price of HK$78 million.

From sea views to European style: two high-end properties enter the market in Sai Kung and Sheung Shui

An apartment in Symphony Bay, offering fantastic sea views, and a four-bedroom house with a garden, roof terrace and two parking spaces are available for sale

Homes with sea views can be hard to come by – or are way too expensive. However, for HK$11 million, a home with great views of the sea is available at Symphony Bay in Sai Kung. The home is marketed by Kenny Chi of Midland Realty, and it comes with three rooms and a parking slot. Chi says that the 1,427 sq ft high-floor flat is reasonably priced and has a lower asking price when compared to other similar apartments released recently. The saleable area of the flat is 1,140 sq ft.

Symphony Bay is located in a mid-to-low density area and all the flats are over 1,000 sq ft. The estate can be easily accessed from Ma On Shan town centre and Sha Tin town centre.

Another superdeluxe property in the market is in Valais II – Luzern Boulevard development in Sheung Shui in the New Territories. This house has a gross floor area of 4,420 sq ft and a saleable area of 2,774 sq ft. The asking price is HK$78 million.

The property is marketed by Sotheby’s International Realty and has four bedrooms, a garden, roof terrace and two covered parking spaces.

According to agent Michele Cheng, the house is a beautiful European-style unit, enjoying exposure to the natural environment through stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, and a big garden with a swimming pool for a family to enjoy the outdoor space. The enormous master suite can accommodate many furniture arrangements and comprises dressing area, walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower, great amount of cabinets, and marble stone finishes.
