Tempting deals: luxury properties on the market at Tai Tam and in Yuen Long

Upmarket homes are now available, one offering sea views from the south side of the Island, the other a paradise for nature lovers

Exclusive, peaceful and offering breathtaking sea views, the south side’s Tai Tam forms part of a triangular bay between Stanley Peninsula, D’ Aguilar Peak and Tai Tam Tuk. Homes in this part of the town are priced in the tens of millions of dollars.

Property consultant Landscope Christie’s is marketing an opulent home situated at the Red Hill Peninsula, Cedar Drive, 18 Pak Pat Shan Road, Tai Tam. This exclusive property has a saleable area of 3,013 sq ft and is priced at HK$110 million. It can be rented for HK$140,000 per month. The property has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also has separate living and dining rooms.

According to Landscope Christie’s, the town-house-style property, which was completed in 1991, has sea views and is partly furnished. The agents in charge of the sale/rental of the home are Louis Wong and Stephen Chan.

Elsewhere, Palm Springs, an upmarket property development in Yuen Long offers its residents convenience, including a well-organised shuttle-bus service to the town centre. Midland Realty has a property for sale in Paloma Lilac, which is in Phase 1D of Palm Springs.

The house has three rooms and an en suite, with garden and two carports. It is surrounded by greenery and is an ideal place for nature lovers. It is priced at HK$8.2 million. The saleable area is 1,017 sq ft. According to agent Hinton Yeung, the house is available for inspection at any time.
