New | Unit at 39 Conduit Road luxury project in Hong Kong offered for 22pc less
A distressed unit at Hong Kong’s 39 Conduit Road luxury development on the Mid-Levels will be offered for auction at HK$30 million, or 22.22 per cent, less than the price it was sold for in 2014.
The 2,355 square foot unit on the 39th floor will be auctioned with an opening bid of HK$105 million, or an average of HK$44,586 per square foot, on October 25.
The buyer bought the unit for HK$135 million in January 2014.
Meanwhile, HKR International announced on Monday its initial price list for 50 units at 2Gether project in Tuen Mun.
The average discounted price at the project is HK$11,988 per square foot, 36 per cent higher than similar units at Nan Fung Development’s Ori in the same district at less than HK$9,000 per square foot.
2Gether will feature studio flats measuring about 200 sq ft each, with the lowest priced at HK$3.1 million.
