Wing Lei at Wynn Macau’s baked BBQ pork bun with sweetened crust

Find flavours to tempt the taste buds at Macau’s Wing Lei restaurant

Colourful setting for an unforgettable dining experience

When entering Wing Lei, a crystal dragon, made of 90,000 Swarovski crystals and individual blown-glass elements scaling a vibrant red wall, catches the eye. The award-winning restaurant presents refined Cantonese cuisine in a colourful setting.

Wing Lei is known for its dim sum, and must-tries are the baked abalone puffs with roasted chicken or the barbecued pork buns with a sweetened crust. Diners also like braised bird’s nest with sea whelk and crabmeat in winter melon for its delicate flavours and light broth. In the evenings, top ingredients such as abalone, bird’s nest and live seafood are available to impress guests, along with suckling pig, Peking duck and wagyu beef.
