Must-tries include the special appetisers of chilled abalone with jellyfish, fried dice cod with honey syrup and barbecue pork, or mains of stuffed crab claw with shrimp paste, crispy salted chicken and grilled Kagoshima beef Shioyaki style. There is also a tasting menu with wine pairing.
