Three Michelin-starred T’ang Court offers a taste of refinement

One of only four Cantonese restaurants in the world to have received the accolade of three Michelin stars, T’ang Court represents the ultimate in high-class dining in Hong Kong

This is the perfect place to impress guests. The setting is luxurious, a deep-maroon coloured room with thick curtains and antiques from ceramic sculptures to wooden furniture.

T’ang Court is one of only four Cantonese restaurants in the world to have three Michelin stars. Diners come here for refined Cantonese cuisine. The menu features seasonal and signature dishes. Must-tries include the special appetisers of chilled abalone with jellyfish, fried dice cod with honey syrup and barbecue pork, or mains of stuffed crab claw with shrimp paste, crispy salted chicken and grilled Kagoshima beef Shioyaki style.
