Umberto Bombana brings his refined Italian cuisine to Galaxy Macau, ensconced in a gorgeous space in the new extension. Here, gourmets have a large, comfortable dining area with banquette seating, two private rooms and a stunning bar decorated with Murano glassware.

The dishes are divine. We recommend scampi carpaccio or Hokkaido king crab with fennel, lemon and caviar for starters followed by home-made pasta or risotto, and Greffeuille AAA lamb rack and Brittany blue lobster for mains. The millefoglie with a scoop of raspberry sorbet, berries and cream is a good ending.

There is a good selection of Italian and French wines.
