The Sky Bosselevates Hong Kong dishes to new heights
Overtly opulent restaurant is an ideal place to bring guests you want to woo as the views and décor make for excellent tableside small talk
For an excellent view, The Sky Boss, sister restaurant to The Boss, sits on the 101st floor of the ICC. Overtly luxurious, it is the ideal restaurant to bring guests you want to woo as the views and décor make for excellent tableside small talk.
The Cantonese fare takes on a similar style – with traditional dishes elevated to new heights thanks to luxurious ingredients and beautiful plating. We recommend the braised dried superior abalone with whole fish maw and sea cucumber, and deep-fried eel with honey sauce; and for dessert, deep-fried sesame balls with egg yolk. The restaurant has an extensive wine list which includes vintages sure to impress.
