The menu showcases the best of Argentina featuring asado-style grilled meat. Start with chicken liver pate with crispy chicken skin and steak tartare with gaucho bread. A choice of Argentine black Angus steaks, meats and seafood are on the mains, including lamb shoulder, king salmon and charcoal grilled whole squid.
