Pearl Dragon has an elegant interior in beige and olive green, plush carpets and crystal chandeliers. The main dining area overlooks the casino behind a window but, for privacy, there are nine elegant rooms, some with sofa areas and bathrooms.

Michelin-star chef Tam Kwok-fung, who also oversees Jade Dragon at the City of Dreams, creates modern twists on Chinese dishes. For dim sum we recommend char sui bau topped with Iberico pork, mushroom and foie gras and deep fried taro dumpling stuffed with mushroom and truffles. The hot and sour soup with Hokkaido hairy crab and stir-fried Brittany lobster with asparagus and caviar are also excellent.
