The JW Marriott’s award-winning Chinese restaurant offers authentic Cantonese cuisine and innovative dim sum creations. Chef Jayson Tang came on board last year from Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira. He is known for his modern twists on classic Chinese dishes.

We recommend the dim sum and à la carte signatures such as deep-fried Kagoshima pork roll stuffed with foie gras, suckling pig and assorted barbecued meat platter and the live seafood. Premium teas such as aged pu-erh and white peony are available. There are three interconnecting private rooms with natural daylight and an amazing cityscape view, good for impressing guests.
