Gradini shows subtle Italian touches in Hong Kong
Décor is elegant with large windows and pastel hues
With an entrance on Stanley Street, Gradini Ristorante Italiano has a bar and fine dining area. The décor is elegant with large windows, pastel hues and subtle Italian designs.
Start with a negroni or classic cocktail from the bar. The Italian dishes are made with seasonal ingredients. We recommend the burrata with marinated heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil and red prawn tartare to start. The foamed porcini mushroom cappuccino is a must-try. The home-made pasta dishes are excellent, as are the mains, featuring lobster, sea bass and US prime beef sirloins. A good ending is the puffed pastry vanilla custard with rum raisins and chocolate.
